Buyers can raise a request for return, replacement/exchange or refund within same day or latest by next day * depending upon its shelf life

Customer Returns (RVP)
Customer returns can be created by the customer after the product is delivered successfully. Returns can be accepted if it stands eligible depending on any of the below mentioned cases.
Customer wants a replacement:
If the Customer has received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition or it is 'Not as Described' by the seller, he/she can request a replacement at no extra cost. Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, a refund will be provided to the customer, no questions asked.
Customer refund:
Under Return policy, a refund can be provided to a customer if the requested replacement or exchange cannot be done due to product unavailability with taragrocery.com.
Order Cancellation
Customer may request to cancel the order and an order can be cancelled before it dispatches from warehouse. This can be done via contact no.
If order fail to deliver within the prescribed time limit, customer has authority of cancelling the order.
